The authors experienced 27 year old female patients with heroin dependence accompanied by the typical heroin withdrawal symptoms such as confusion, irritability, anxiety, agitation, insomnia, nausea, vomiting, abdominal colicky pain, pain on both
extremities and pupil constriction.
Although heroin is one the most popular illicit drug in the world, this is not the case in Korea. So we reported this case with literature review.
